About Me

Established in 1983

The wild earth is my primary inspiration and teacher– my sanctuary and solace.  Within this most vital realm, I have learned (and continue to learn) how to track and trail the numinous.  Following the scents and signs revealed to me as I move, breath and listen.  In this way, I continue to come alive, remembering how to dance my dreams into the waking as I become more awake within the dream.

Throughout this journey, I have discovered a profound passion for the sacred rites of human initiation.  Whether or not we welcome them, it seems we will all experience them.  They are as certain as the seasons, ensuring the continuation of life through the necessity of death and renewal.  These encounters force us to face that which will ripen and reveal the fertile depths of our soul.  In this modern age, our transformational passages can be incredibly haphazard and dangerous, as we have lost so many of the wisdom teachers and cultural traditions that once helped us to navigate these gauntlets.  For those who make it through them alive, there is the sure promise of greater inner strength, compassion, and humility.  It has taken me many personal trials to realize that when I accept these initiatory opportunities, and willingly approach the threshold of change, life can unfold in a much more natural and harmonious way.

I see this moment of time upon the planet as one enormous rite of passage.  A birth canal of incredible adversity that may lead us to unimaginable spiritual awakening.  With the choices of each individual at the crux: will we run away from this profound opportunity to level up?  Or will we turn towards it, and embrace our higher destiny?

Thankfully, we as individuals are not alone in answering the call of these essential questions.  There is an ever-increasing number of human beings waking up and stepping forward.  Each one seeded with a new vision for the earth.  Each one reclaiming their sovereignty from a societal matrix built upon fear and consumerism.  Each one seeking beyond the suffering of a hijacked system in order to reignite the fire of life within humanity.  It takes incredible courage to remember all that has been lost and forgotten.  But as we come together as a village of people, within the fire-lit circle, this work becomes something akin to joy.  Invariably, we discover a wild freedom within our interdependent connection to each other, to this great web of life and light to which we all belong.
